Arrival & Orientation
Reception at Islamabad International Airport, dedicated coaster transfer to Nathia Gali with a scheduled lunch stop on the Murree Expressway. Hotel check-in, welcome and orientation session, tournament and safety briefing, first dinner together.
League Matches & Ayubia Heritage
Morning tournament matches at Khanspur. A rotational programme takes non-playing teams to the Ayubia Moto Tunnel and Ayubia Heritage Church. Lunch on-site, afternoon matches, return to Nathia Gali for evening.
Tournament & Dunga Gali
Morning matches continue as the league progresses. Non-playing teams visit the Nathia Gali Church Park and the Dunga Gali Water Reservoirs. Lunch, congregational prayer break, afternoon matches and return to hotel.
Semi-Finals, Finals & Closing Ceremony
Semi-finals and finals across both football and basketball. Closing ceremony with prize distribution and certificates. Traditional barbecue evening with cultural music and bonfire — the signature closing night of the programme.
Pipeline Trail & Departure
A guided morning walk on the Ayubia to Dunga Gali Pipeline Trail. Departure for Islamabad with a lunch stop on the Expressway, a scheduled visit to Rawal Dam subject to flight timing, airport transfer and return flight to Karachi.
Khanspur Sports Ground.
Set within Ayubia National Park at the edge of Nathia Gali, the Khanspur Sports Ground is one of the most spectacular sporting venues in northern Pakistan. Framed by dense pine and cedar forest at high altitude, the ground carries a natural atmosphere that transforms competitive matches into something more memorable.

A four-kilometre forested walking trail through the heart of Ayubia National Park — safe, gentle and one of the finest walks in Pakistan.

Every element of the programme has been designed with the understanding that participating institutions are placing a considerable trust in us — the safe and structured supervision of their students throughout a five-day mountain programme.
Delegations remain together throughout. School-wise tourism event coordinators are assigned on arrival. Coaches are accommodated in dedicated staff rooms for appropriate oversight. Attendance is monitored across all activities, and identification cards are issued to every participant.

Dr. Tanveer Qureshi
Dr. Tanveer Qureshi leads the programme in his capacity as Project Director of Eco Tourism Development in Pakistan (ETDIP). His background combines a doctorate in tourism and hospitality, national and regional sporting experience, and years of applied work in event design, educational tourism and destination development across Pakistan.
Common questions.
The October 2026 edition is structured for Under-16 boys' delegations across football and basketball. We recognise strong interest from girls' schools and are evaluating a dedicated edition for future programmes — schools interested can register interest with our team directly.
Each school's delegation of 21 persons includes 2 coaches or faculty members, who are accommodated separately from students in dedicated staff rooms for appropriate supervision throughout the programme.
For the Karachi Full Experience Package, return air travel between Karachi and Islamabad is included, along with airport reception both ways. Lahore and Islamabad packages include dedicated coaster transport for the full journey; airfare is not applicable for these routes.
On-site first aid is available at all matches, and the nearest medical facility is identified in advance for each programme day. A dedicated coordination line remains open with participating schools throughout.
Students are accommodated on a triple-sharing basis in en-suite rooms with valley views at Elite Hotel Nathia Gali. Coaches and accompanying faculty are hosted separately in dedicated staff accommodation.
The full participation fee is required at the time of registration. Registration is confirmed only on receipt of full payment, after which airline reservations, accommodation and operational arrangements commence.
Cancellations made before the registration deadline may be considered after deduction of non-refundable third-party charges already incurred. No refunds are applicable once the deadline has passed and operational bookings are finalised. Exceptional medical or emergency cases are reviewed individually.
Yes — schools may nominate a replacement participant before the verification date, subject to feasibility and confirmation from the organising team.
